Typical Applications
Zhaotong knitted wire mesh gasket is supplied to exhaust flange sealing, EMI/RFI shielding, anti-vibration mounts, engine and turbine joints, industrial oven doors. Every order is produced to drawing, with material certificates, dimensional inspection and batch traceability available on request.
Customization, Quality and Delivery
OEM and ODM projects are welcome. Our engineers convert customer drawings, samples or performance targets into production-ready specifications within 48 hours, and our ISO-oriented quality system controls wire incoming inspection, mesh density, dimensional tolerance and final packing. Standard lead time is 15–25 days after deposit, with FOB, CIF and DDP terms available from Tianjin and Qingdao ports. Third-party inspection such as SGS or BV can be arranged at the customer's request, and every shipment leaves with a packing list, material certificate and inspection report.
